Charts and Graphs Are Not Visible When a 2007 Microsoft Office System Document Is Previewed in WebReady

This topic provides information about how to troubleshoot an issue in which charts and graphs in 2007 Microsoft Office system documents are not visible. This issue occurs when you use the WebReady feature in Office Outlook Web Access to view the documents as Web pages.

When you try to preview a 2007 Microsoft Office system document as a Web page over an Outlook Web Access connection in WebReady, any graphs or charts that are included in the document cannot be seen. Graphs and charts that are included in 2007 Microsoft Office system documents cannot be previewed in WebReady over an Outlook Web Access connection.

To work around this issue, save the document to the local hard disk drive, and then use the applicable 2007 Microsoft Office system program to open the document.
