Migrate Remote Desktop Services Client Access Licenses by Using the Telephone

Applies To: Windows Server 2008 R2

The telephone migration method allows you to talk to a Microsoft customer service representative to complete the migration process. The appropriate telephone number is determined by the country/region that you chose in the Activate Server Wizard and is displayed in the Manage RDS CALs Wizard.

Membership in the local Administrators group, or equivalent, on the RD Licensing server that you plan to configure, is the minimum required to complete this procedure. Review details about using the appropriate accounts and group memberships at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=83477.
