Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a fully integrated customer relationship management (CRM) application that allows you to automate day-to-day tasks for sales, customer service, field service, call center, and marketing professionals. Forefront Unified Access Gateway (UAG) provides in-built support for Dynamics CRM. You can publish Dynamics CRM via Forefront UAG to provide extranet access for users and partners via the Internet. Forefront UAG helps keep access secure, provides client preauthentication on the Forefront UAG server, and ensures that endpoints accessing Dynamics CRM servers comply with corporate access policies.
