Microsoft Office 365 Dedicated plans and ITAR-support plans deliver cloud-based business services from Microsoft data center equipment that is dedicated to your company or organization and not shared with any other organization. With dedicated equipment, you are able to implement advanced service features and SharePoint Online customizations.
The following information is available to help you learn about, deploy, and manage Office 365 Dedicated plans services:
The service descriptions present key details of the Exchange Online Dedicated, SharePoint Online Dedicated, and Lync Online Dedicated service offerings. Service descriptions are also available for network, identity, support and other platform components for Office 365 Dedicated plans.
Enhanced versions of Exchange Online Dedicated, SharePoint Online Dedicated, and Lync Online Dedicated are also available to support the security, privacy, and regulatory compliance requirements for U.S. federal government agencies requiring certification under the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) of 2002 and for commercial entities subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). The Office 365 Dedicated Deployment Guide can help you understand the requirements and workflows used to deploy Office 365 for enterprises under dedicated and ITAR-support subscriptions plans. Note that the information in this guide is supplemented by additional planning and configuration documents that Microsoft provides directly to you or makes available through the Customer Extranet Site. The Customer Extranet Site is available to your organization when you become an Office 365 Dedicated plans customer.
