Exchange Online Dedicated Resources

This topic lists some of the available resources for Microsoft® Exchange Online dedicated plans and ITAR-support plan subscribers.

  • Exchange Server 2010 Platform Features (Customer Extranet)

    Provides access to the following Customer Extranet information about native Exchange Server 2010 platform features available with Exchange Online:

    • Calendar Free-Busy Sharing (Customer Extranet)

      Describes the Exchange Online calendar free/busy sharing options for Office 365 dedicated plans customers.

    • Litigation Hold Feature Guide (Customer Extranet)

      Describes the Litigation hold, also known as legal hold, feature. Litigation hold is used to preserve mailbox items for discovery before and during legal proceedings, investigations or similar events.

    • Messaging Records Management v2.0 Feature Guide (Customer Extranet)

      Describes the Messaging Records Management (MRM) version 2.0 feature available to Exchange Online dedicated plans customers. This feature enables you to control how long to keep items in users' mailboxes and define what action to take on items that have reached a certain age.

    • Personal Archive Feature Guide (Customer Extranet)

      Describes the personal archiving feature of the Exchange Online service for the Office 365 dedicated plans. Personal archives provide users an alternative location to store historical messaging data.

    • Self-Service Administration Feature Guide (Customer Extranet)

      Describes the features and concepts of self-service administration of the Exchange Online service for Office 365 dedicated plans.
