Administration Guide for Unified Service Desk for Microsoft Dynamics CRM

This guide provides information about how to install and set up Unified Service Desk for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Service Pack 1 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Spring ‘14, and use Unified Service Desk to configure and manage call center agent applications.
