Configure a SharePoint hybrid solution

Configuring and deploying one or more SharePoint hybrid solutions takes place in the final phase of the SharePoint hybrid environment deployment process and is the ultimate reason for configuring a SharePoint hybrid environment. A SharePoint hybrid solution provides integrated functionality and access to data between SharePoint Online and an on-premises deployment of SharePoint Server 2013 for services and features such as the following:

  • SharePoint Search

  • Microsoft Business Connectivity Services

  • Duet Enterprise Online for Microsoft SharePoint and SAP
