Use the Map Title Properties dialog box to define basic properties for the map title. Click the Expression (fx) button to edit an expression that sets the value of the option.
Type a title for the map.
Select the text alignment for the title. By default, the title is centered.
Type an angle in degrees to rotate the title text.
Select the location for the title relative to the center of the viewport.
Select this option to display the title outside the map viewport.
