Initiates the process of associating the SQL Server instance with a managing utility.

Return Value
An ActionSequence value that records the results, possible exceptions, and the state of the MakeManaged action.
Remarks
The Utility to manage the instance is specified in the ManagedInstanceFactory constructor.

Any public static (Shared in Microsoft Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
