Map Embedded Polygon Properties Dialog Box, General

SQL Server 2008 R2

Select General on the Map Embedded Polygon Properties dialog box to change the display or data options for the selected polygon. These options apply only to the selected polygon and override options set on the Map Polygon Properties Dialog Box, General page or on color rules. For more information, see How to: Change Map Legends, Color Scale, and Associated Rules (Report Builder 3.0 and SSRS).

Override the polygon options for this layer

Select this option to change the display options for this polygon.

Change data field values

Use this section to change values for embedded data.

Name

The read-only name of the embedded data field.

Value

Type a value for the data field. When you change this value, you are changing the data that is embedded in the report definition. The original data is not preserved.
