Get-ClusterOwnerNode

For a resource in a failover cluster, get information about which nodes can own the resource. For a clustered service or application (a resource group), get information about the order of preference among owner nodes.

Syntax

Get-ClusterOwnerNode [-InputObject <psobject>] [-Cluster <string>] [-Group <string>] [-Resource <string>] [-ResourceType <string>] [<CommonParameters>]
  • InputObject

  • Cluster

  • Group

  • Resource

  • ResourceType

Detailed Description

Settings that control the possible or preferred owners affect the way the cluster responds to the failure of a resource or a resource group (a clustered service or application).

Parameters

Cluster

Specifies the name of the cluster to run this cmdlet on. If you type "-Cluster ." or omit the parameter, the cmdlet runs on the local cluster.

ClusterObject                           OwnerNodes
-------------                           ----------
Cluster Disk 1                          {node1, node2}

Description

-----------

This command lists the possible owners for Cluster Disk 1 in the local cluster.
