Export Page (Master Data Manager)
Use the Export page to create and manage subscription views, which are required for exporting data to subscribing systems.
This page contains two panes: Subscription Views and Subscription View Definitions.
Subscription Views
Use the Subscription Views pane to add, edit, and delete subscription views.
Buttons
Button Name |

Add subscription view |
Opens the Subscription View Definitions pane, from which you can create a subscription view. |
Edit selected subscription view |
Opens the Subscription View Definitions pane, from which you can edit the selected subscription view. This action is available only when a row in the grid is selected. |
Delete subscription view |
Deletes the selected subscription view. This action is available only when a row in the grid is selected. |
Grid Columns
Column Name |
Description |

Name |
Displays the name of the view in the Master Data Services database. |
Model |
Displays the name of the model that is queried by the view. |
Version |
Displays the name of the version that is queried by the view. This selection filters the rows in the view. |
Version Flag |
Displays the name of the version flag that is queried by the view. This selection filters the rows in the view. |
Derived Hierarchy |
Displays the name of the derived hierarchy that is queried by the view. |
Entity |
Displays the name of the entity that is queried by the view. |
Format |
Displays the view format. |
Level |
Displays the number of hierarchy levels, equal to the number of columns, in the view. This option is available for level view formats only. |
Changed |
Displays True when objects in the model have changed. Displays False when they have not. |
Subscription View Definitions
Use the Create Subscription View Definition or Edit Subscription View Definition pane to create a new or edit an existing subscription view definition.

Select the name of the model that is queried by the view. |
Version/Version flag |
Select the version or version flag that is queried by the view. |
Entity/Derived hierarchy |
Select the name of the entity or hierarchy that is queried by the view. |
Format |
Select a standard view format. This list is based on your Entity or Derived Hierarchy selection. |
Level |
Select the number of hierarchy levels, equal to the number of columns, to include in the view. This option is available for level view formats only. |
