In addition to installing Web Service Provider on the Outlook Live server, the Outlook Live administrator must do the following:

Install a mutual TLS (MTLS) certificate for the connection with the Office Communications Server.
Select a connect-back port to be used if a Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) failure occurs.
Create an exception for the connect-back port in the firewall, if the firewall is enabled.
