Group Policy to disable DFSS is not functional
This article applies to the following operating systems:
- Windows® 7
The Group Policy setting Turn off Fair Share CPU Scheduling under the Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Remote Desktop Services\Remote Desktop Session Host\Connections node does not change DFSS behavior.
This is a known issue.
Set EnableCpuQuota to 0 in the following registry location:
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Quota System.
