Step 1: Get the user ID and password for a user in the user list

  1. In Profiles, click Users.
  2. If the Find pane is not open, click Find on the toolbar.
  3. In the Find by box, select User lists from the drop-down list.
  4. In the List Name pane, select Web Developers, and then click Find Now.
  5. Select any user from the list (for example, Jane User), and then click Open on the toolbar.
  6. In the Update Profile: <User Name> screen, in the General Information section, in the User password box, click the ellipsis [...] button.
  7. In the Password Reset dialog box, do the following:
    Use this To do this
    New Password Type password.
    Confirm Password Type password.
  8. Click Ok.
  9. In the Business Desk section, in the Partner service roles flags, select Normal User from the drop-down list, and then click Save and go back on the toolbar.
