Temporary catalog XML files are not removed from the ProductCatalogs directory

Temporary copies of the uploaded catalog XML files are not automatically removed from the ProductCatalogs directory under the Business Desk installation path, which is usually located at <drive:>\Inetpub\wwwrooot\<Site Name>BizDesk\ProductCatalogs. The disk could fill up with temporary files and result in denial of service to the business users attempting to access Business Desk.

Solution

It is recommended that you set up your own policy about cleaning up input files. This policy will be dependent on your hard drive capacity and the actual number of client side import operations you expect to perform.
