Web Analytics Service is a service application in Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 that you can use to perform site usage statistics and reporting within a browser.

You can use Windows PowerShell functionality to provision the Web Analytics Service; manage and configure the service application, storage settings, and quotas; and configure the global settings of the service application.

Cmdlet name	Description
Get-SPWebAnalyticsServiceApplication	Returns the settings for a Web Analytics Service application.
Get-SPWebAnalyticsServiceApplicationProxy	Retrieves a new Web Analytics Service application proxy.
New-SPWebAnalyticsServiceApplication	Adds a new Web Analytics Service application to the farm.
New-SPWebAnalyticsServiceApplicationProxy	Adds a new Web Analytics Service application proxy to the farm.
Set-SPWebAnalyticsServiceApplication	Sets properties of a Web Analytics Service application.
Set-SPWebAnalyticsServiceApplicationProxy	Sets a new proxy for the Web Analytics Service application.
