(ESP) Summarized Spanish journal list report (LedgerJournalSummary_ES)

The Summarized Spanish journal list report displays a summary of ledger transaction details that are included in the general journal. This report is typically used by compliance managers, accounting managers, accounting supervisors, and financial controllers to review the status of general ledger processes.

Note

(ESP) This report is available only to legal entities whose primary address is in Spain.

How to filter the data on this report

When you generate this report, the following default parameters are displayed. You can use these parameters to filter the data that will be displayed on the report. For more information, see Filter the data on a report.

Field

Description

Open/Close transactions.

Select the check box to include the opening transactions or closing transactions of the fiscal period that is selected from the summarized journal list.

Main account

The main account number. The transactions from only this main account are included in the report.

  1. Open the AOT.

  2. Locate the report in the SSRS Reports\Reports node.

  3. Right-click the report and click Add-Ins > Cross-reference > Using (instant view).
