Scan is not supported error message

[This topic is intended to address a specific issue called out by the Exchange Server Analyzer Tool. When you try to run the Microsoft Exchange Analyzer Tool on a 32-bit computer, you receive the following error message:

 

This Scan is not supported. Exchange server Server_Name is running on a 64-bit Windows operating system. But currently the Microsoft Exchange Best Practices Analyzer is running on a 32-bit Windows operating system. This kind of scan currently is not supported. Please rerun the Microsoft Exchange Best Practices Analyzer on a 64-bit machine.

This error occurs because Exchange Server is running on a 64-bit computer.

To correct this error, run Exchange Analyzer on the 64-bit computer on which Exchange Server is installed.
