Manage Backup and Restore

Windows Home Server 2011 provides a reliable way to perform regular backups of your server and backups of your home computers to storage drives on the server. In the event of data loss, you can restore the data from a successful backup on the server without restoring the entire computer. If necessary, you can perform a full system restore to your computer from a backup on the server.

If a file becomes corrupt for any reason, or if you want to restore an older version of a file, you can easily restore the file from a backup on the server.
