Exchange 2007 Service Pack 2 (SP2) sets these attribute values to 1,024 bytes. However, this size may be insufficient in an environment in which a disclaimer is included together with every voice mail message or fax message. To address this issue, Exchange 2007 SP3 increases the upper limit of these attributes to 4,096 bytes.
The following classes are added when you install Exchange 2007 SP3:
ms-Exch-SMTP-Extended-Protection-Policy
msExchPopImapExtendedProtectionPolicy
msExchExtendedProtectionSPNList
