Retrieves the Boolean value specifying if the current query node has the necessary security configuration to enforce security on query requests.

Detailed Description
This cmdlet retrieves a Boolean value (true or false) indicating if this query node has the necessary security configuration to enforce security on query requests. If this query node does not have the necessary security configuration, query requests will not be processed by this query node.
