DFS-N: The DFS Namespace service should be started

Issue
The DFS Namespace service is not started.
Impact
The namespace server is unavailable to clients and no further diagnostic information can be gathered. If the server is a domain controller, domain referral and domain controller referral requests to the domain controller will fail.
Resolution
Use the Services snap-in to start the DFS Namespace service.
To start the DFS Namespace service by using the Windows interface

To start the DFS Namespace service by using the Windows interface
In Server Manager, click File Services in the console tree.
In the System Services box, click DFS Namespace, and then click Start.
To start the DFS Namespace service by using a command line
To open an elevated Command Prompt window, click Start, point to All Programs, click Accessories, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator.
Type Sc start dfs.
