This workflow requires that you install the Opalis integration pack for BMC Remedy IT Service Management System 7 and the Opalis integration pack for System Center Operations Manager 2007.

The Opalis integration pack for System Center Operations Manager requires that you install the Operations Manager 2007 Operator console on the Opalis Integration Server Client and Action Server computers.
