Network Driver Issues with MultiPoint Server

Symptom

The network drivers for the Broadcom NetLink™ Gigabit Ethernet - NDIS 6.0 (“Broadcom Netlink”) network card do not install correctly in the zh-TW (Traditional Chinese) localized version of MultiPoint Server.

Cause

The network card drivers for the Broadcom Netlink network card have a known installation issue on the Traditional Chinese version of MultiPoint Server. The drivers work correctly in other localized language versions of MultiPoint Server.

Resolution

Install the appropriate network card drivers directly from the computer manufacturer’s web site.
