Understanding the My Reports Tab

The My Reports tab of the Forefront Online Protection for Exchange (FOPE) Administration Center provides customers with access to reports that contain historical message filtering summaries. From the My Reports tab, you can access reporting data within an hour of a message being processed by the FOPE service. You can view reports for all the domains you manage, or for specific domains, using a variety of options to filter the information. The additional topics in this section explain how to work with the types of reports that are available in FOPE.

It is important to note that the data used for reporting is made available to customers for informational purposes only. It is not a representation of all the data that is stored by the Hosted Filtering service.

tipTip:

  2. Reporting is the same for stand-alone FOPE customers and Exchange Online customers. However, Live@edu customers most likely will not have data for Top Users, because they do not typically have their user list populated in the FOPE Administration Center.
