Create an E-mail Footer for Outbound E-mail

This topic assumes you have an active FOPE account and a valid domain configured. Add a New Domain has more information about configuring your domain.
In Forefront Online Protection for Exchange (FOPE), you can add plain text and HTML footers to all outbound email messages (including reply messages). Examples of common footers include your company’s name, address, contact information, or a required legal disclaimer. You can apply this feature at the domain level (Parent Domains or Virtual Domains).Add an email message footer to all outbound messages from a domain
On the Administration tab, click the Domains tab.
In the Domains list, click the name of the domain that you want to modify. You can search for a specific domain name by using the search box.
In the Service Settings section of the center pane, next to Outbound Email Footer, click Edit.
In the Outbound Email Footer dialog box, in the Text footer box, type a message footer as plain text without formatting options, for example:
In the HTML footer box, type an HTML-based message footer. You must add the appropriate HTML tags, for example:
You can also add additional attributes, such as style attributes or images. The following example includes a style attribute and an image logo in the message footer:
