Rule Properties Dialog Box
This dialog box appears when you right-click a rule in the Rules pane of the Authoring pane. You can use this dialog box to add or modify the properties of the rule.
In This Section
- Company Knowledge Tab
For viewing the general properties of the rule.
- Configuration Tab
For viewing or modifying the knowledge article that is specific to your company.
- General Tab
For configuring one or more data sources or an optional condition, and one or more responses for your rule.
- Product Knowledge Tab
For viewing the knowledge article provided with the Management Pack.
