Reporting Navigation Button in the System Center Essentials Console
The Reporting navigation button displays the Reporting Overview screen, from which you can run System Center Essentials reports. This pane also provides access to related tasks.
After installing System Center Essentials 2007, if you did not complete the initial tasks for discovering objects to manage and for configuring update management, the Reporting Overview pane displays a message prompting you to complete those tasks before using Essentials 2007.
When you click Reporting, you can view the following information:
- Essentials 2007 reports, including inventory reports, monitoring reports, and deployment reports.
In the Reporting Overview pane, you can run reports.
