Name	Description
Use Optimization (cannot be changed once wizard completes)	Specifies that optimization be applied.
Set tolerance to	Enables you to set the tolerance to either Absolute number or Percentage.
Absolute	Specifies that the tolerance be defined as an absolute number.
Percentage	Specifies that the tolerance be defined as a percentage of change between performance counters.
Create	Creates your rule.
