Remote Desktop Tool Fails

The Remote Desktop tool can fail if you are running HPC Cluster Manager for Windows HPC Server 2008 on an operating system earlier than:

• Microsoft Windows Vista® with Service Pack 1 (SP1)
  
  
• Microsoft Windows® XP with Service Pack 3 (SP3)
  
  
• Microsoft Windows Server® 2008
