Suspend-SCDWJob

The Suspend-SCDWJob cmdlet suspends operation of the specified job after all of its running job modules are complete. Any job modules that are queued to begin as part of the job will not run until the job is resumed.

Syntax

Suspend-SCDWJob -JobName <String> [-ComputerName <String> ] [ <CommonParameters>]




Detailed Description

The Suspend-SCDWJob cmdlet allows Data Warehouse administrators to suspend a job that is currently running. When a job is suspended, all of its running job modules will continue to be processed, but its queued job modules will not run. When the job is resumed, the job modules will continue to run from the point of suspension, and all previously queued job modules will run.
