User Action
To resolve this error, create a valid recovery point on the primary DPM server, and then rerun the synchronization job.
To create a valid recovery point on the primary DPM server, do the following:
For SQL Server, Exchange, or Windows SharePoint Services data, do the following:
In the Protection task area, in the Protected Group Member list, select the protected data, and then, in the Actions pane, click Create recovery point.
In the Create recovery point dialog box, in the Create recovery point for list, click Short-term disk protection, and in the Recovery point creation options area, select Create a recovery point by using express full backup, and then click OK.
For other types of data, do the following:
In the Protection task area, in the Protected Group Member list, select the protected data, and then, in the Actions pane, click Create recovery point.
In the Create recovery point dialog box, select Create a recovery point after synchronizing, and then click OK.
