User Action
To resolve this error, do the following:
In the Monitoring task area, on the Alerts tab, resolve all alerts for this library and its drive. After resolving the alerts, retry this operation.
If you have drives that are functioning correctly but that are currently being used, wait for the other operations to complete, and then retry this operation.
