How can I troubleshoot my firewall?

Run the Remote Web Access Repair wizard.
To run the Remote Access Repair Wizard

Open the Dashboard.

Click General Settings, click the Remote Web Access tab, and then click Repair.

Follow the instructions in the Remote Web Access Repair wizard.
If you are using a more advanced network setup or using a non-Microsoft firewall, you may need to open additional ports on the firewall. The ports in the following table are registered with Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA).
