Agent Unable to See Some Response Groups

Issue   You are a Microsoft Lync 2010 response group agent and cannot see some of your response groups in the On Behalf Of list.

Resolution   Try the following:

  • Refresh the list by signing out of Lync 2010 and then signing in again. The list of response groups is updated only at sign-in and then every eight hours thereafter, and you can make calls only on behalf of the anonymous response groups that are on the list.

  • Contact the Lync administrator to find out if there is a connection issue with the server.
