Agent Not Receiving Response Group Calls

Issue   You are a response group agent in Microsoft Lync 2010 and not receiving response group calls.

Resolution   Try the following:

  • Check your presence status. Agents receive response group calls only if their presence status is Available or Inactive.

  • Make sure Privacy Mode is not enabled. For details, see "Enable Privacy Mode" at the Lync Help and How-to website at https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkId=212053.

  • If you are in a formal response group where you must manually sign in before you can take calls, make sure you are signed in. In the Lync main window, click the Show Menu arrow, point to Tools, and then click Response Group Settings.
