Voice Response Not Recognized by a Response Group

Issue   The Microsoft Lync 2010 response group does not recognize your voice response.

Resolution   Try the following:

  • Speak clearly into the microphone. Be sure there is not too much noise around you.

  • If the response group misinterpreted your response and moved to the next question, you cannot go back. Start again from the beginning.
