Notification About a Pop-Up Being Blocked

Issue   When you click Install plug-in or Update plug-in in Microsoft Lync Web App, you receive a “Pop-up blocked” notification.

Resolution   Do the following to allow pop-ups:

1. Exit the meeting.
   
2. Ensure that the meeting request is from a trusted source.
   
3. Rejoin the meeting. The “Pop-up blocked” notification will re-appear.
   
4. Click Always allow pop-ups from this site.
   

Important:
Do not click Temporarily allow pop-ups.
