Implementing a core Forefront UAG DirectAccess deployment for SP1

The topics in this section describe how to implement a core Forefront Unified Access Gateway (UAG) DirectAccess deployment.

Before you begin, ensure that your server complies with the prerequisites described in Forefront UAG DirectAccess prerequisites for SP1. Then install and configure Forefront UAG DirectAccess as described in the following topics:

The first time you configure a step in the Forefront UAG DirectAccess server Configuration Wizard:

  • In the relevant box for each step you should click Configure. Once you complete a configuration of a step, the next time you want to edit the configuration, in the relevant box for each step, click Edit.

  • A wizard page must be completed before you can proceed to the next wizard page. Once you complete a step, if you wish to reconfigure part of a step, you can select the relevant wizard page from the menu on the left hand side of the wizard page.
