Installing Lync 2010 Group Chat

The following procedure describes how to install Microsoft Lync 2010 Group Chat.

To install Group Chat

  1. Start ClientSetup.exe from the Microsoft Download Center at https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkID=203410.

  2. On the Welcome page, click Next.

  3. On the License Agreement page, review the agreement and, to accept the terms and continue with the installation, click I accept the terms in the license agreement, and then click Next.

  4. On the Microsoft Lync Server 2010 Group Chat Setup page, leave the default location as is or specify a different location, and then c lick Next.

  5. On the Confirm Installation page, click Next.
