Antivirus Running Dialog Box (App-V 4.6 SP1)

Antivirus software is running on the computer running the App-V Sequencer. Running antivirus software during the creation of a virtual application package can interfere with the process by accessing required files that must to be added to the virtual application package or by adding extraneous data to the virtual application package.

Use the following procedure to stop the antivirus software from running during sequencing:

• On the computer running the App-V Sequencer, you must scan the computer and then stop the antivirus software from running.
  
  

  Important
  Remember to restart the antivirus software when you have finished sequencing the application.
