The Bat phone: white paper (Project Server 2010)
Published: January 13, 2011
The title of this white paper refers to Commissioner Gordon's liberal use of the Bat Phone whenever the City of Gotham was in dire straits (from the 1970s "Batman" TV series). Author Chris Vandersluis relates that fictional story to how, during an EPM implementation, we at some time might wish we had access to a Bat Phone when we are in trouble. Vandersluis then discusses many ways to avoid getting into trouble during the implementation. Chris Vandersluis is the president and founder of HMS Software, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner.
