Fiscal periods (Project Server 2010 settings)
Project Server 2010
Updated: April 7, 2011
Fiscal periods define the start dates and beginning dates of the business calendar. They are used to calculate financial statements on an annual basis. By setting up fiscal periods in Microsoft Project Server 2010, you make it possible to map project work against your organization’s fiscal planning structure. Once they are set up, you can use fiscal periods as a dimension in your OLAP cubes.
