Determines the percentage of sales on an invoice journal.

The percentage ratio of the cost to sales for the invoice journal.
Remarks
A zero percent is returned for an on-account type of invoice. A zero percent is also returned if the exchange rate is not specified for the invoice, or if the on-account amount is larger than the sales amount.
