Force check-in enterprise objects in Project Server 2013

Summary: You can force the check-in of enterprise projects, resources, custom fields, calendars, lookup tables, and resource plans in Project Web App.

If an enterprise object is checked out and the user who checked it out is unavailable or unable to check it back in, you can force a check-in.
