Change formula item (form)

Click Inventory management > Periodic > Formulas > Change formula item.

Use this form to change items in a selected formula or in all formulas, or to attach additional items to the existing items in the formula.

Tasks that use this form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Button	Description
Select	Limit or define the data to be queried or acted upon. If you do not limit the data, the program uses all relevant data. Tip You can view the key entries that you made in the Select query in display fields on the form.
OK	Start the query or function.
Cancel	Cancel the entries you made in the Select query, and leave the query or function.
Edit formula lines	Change the setup of the formula lines.

Field	Description
To item number	Select the item with which you want to replace the old formula item.
Update lines	Select one of the following actions to update the formula line: Overwrite – to substitute an item in a formula Append – to substitute an item in a formula from a certain date
Formula line applies to this date	Enter a date from which the old formula item is no longer valid.
Formula line applies as of this date	Enter a date from which the new formula item is valid.
Remove from configuration selection	Select the check box to remove the item configuration selection.
Item number	The identification for the formula line item.
