Funding source details (form)

Click Project management and accounting > Common > Grants > Grants. Select a grant, and on the Action Pane, click Edit. On the Associated projects and project contracts FastTab, click Add funding source. On the Funding source definition form, click Details.

Click Project management and accounting > Common > Projects > Project contracts. Select a project, and on the Action Pane, click Edit. On the Funding sources FastTab, click Details.

Use this form to view or update details for a customer, organization, or grant that has been selected as a funding source for a project contract.

General

View details about the contract, funding type, and customer. You can also modify the name that is used to identify the funding source.

Address

View or change the invoice name and address of the funding source.

Payment

View or change the payment and invoice details of the funding source.

Other

Enter the eInvoice details for the project contract.

Note

This tab is available only to legal entities whose primary address is in Denmark and if you have selected the eInvoice check box. You must also enter a valid European Article Numbering (EAN) number in the EAN field in the Customers form.

Financial dimensions

View information about financial dimensions, such as the default dimensions and where the dimensions are used in account structures and advanced rule structures.

Fields

Description

Project contract ID

View the ID of the project contract to which this funding source is assigned.

Funding source name

View or change the descriptive name for this funding source.

Funding type

View information that indicates whether the funding source is an external customer or internal organization.

Customer

View the ID of the organization, grant, or customer who is the funding source responsible for payment.

Invoice name

View or change the name of the company or organization to which related invoices should be addressed.

Invoice address

Select the address of the company or organization to which related invoices should be sent.

Address

View the mailing address of the selected customer.

Terms of payment

Select the terms of payment for the current funding source.

Payment schedule

Select the payment schedule for the current funding source.

Cash discount

Select the appropriate cash discount for the current funding source.

Individual buffer days

Enter a number of days to extend the expected payment date for projects that are associated with this contract.

Tip

This number is used when you are creating forecast transactions to calculate the sales payment date, which is useful in forecasting your cash flow.

Posting profile

Select the posting profile for the current invoice project.

Sales tax group

Select a sales tax group.

Number sequence group

Select the number sequence group invoice type for the current invoice project.

Language

Select the language for the invoice.

Customer requisition

Enter the customer requisition number.

Customer reference

Enter the customer reference number.

Line-specific

Select this check box to specify dimension accounts for each project invoice line. If you clear this check box, you can specify a dimension account for the project invoice.

Dimension account

Enter a dimension account number.

Contact ID

Select the identification number of the contact person who is associated with the customer.

Contact

Enter the name of the contact person who is associated with the customer.

Associated payment attachment on the project invoice

Select the payment slip attachment format from the following options:

  • None - Do not print a payment slip. Select this option if the payment amount is in a currency other than Danish kroner (DKK).

  • FIK 751 - Print an FIK 751 payment slip if you intend to manually write the payment amount and due date on the payment slip.

  • FIK 752 - Print an FIK 752 payment slip if you intend to use a computer-generated payment slip with a preprinted payment amount and due date.
