Click System administration > Setup > Microsoft Project Server integration > Synchronization service parameters.
Use this form to set up the parameters for synchronizing data between projects in Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Project Server.

MSMQ server name |
Enter the name of the server where you installed the Microsoft Message Queuing (MSMQ) queues during the installation of the Synchronization Service Role during the Microsoft Dynamics AX setup process. |
Sync queue name |
View or edit the name of the synchronization queue. This field will be populated with the name that is used during the installation of the Synchronization Service Role during the Microsoft Dynamics AX setup process. |
Number of elapsed hours to resynchronize |
Enter the number of hours that should pass before the synchronization queue should automatically reset for synchronization when an entity does not synchronize between Microsoft Dynamics AX and Project Server. |
Number of elapsed hours before notification |
Enter the number of hours that should pass before you receive notification that synchronization between Microsoft Dynamics AX and Project Server has not been successful. |
Maximum number of synchronization attempts |
Enter the maximum number of times you want the synchronization queue to try to synchronize Microsoft Dynamics AX with Project Server when synchronization fails. |
Maximum number of synchronization attempts |
Enter the maximum number of times you want the synchronization queue to automatically reset for synchronization when an entity does not synchronize between Microsoft Dynamics AX and Project Server. |
Synchronization service user |
View the name of the synchronization service queue user. This field is populated from the service accounts that were created in the Microsoft Dynamics AX checklist. |
