Set up a commodity cost basis type

Use this procedure to set up a cost basis type to use for commodities.
Click Inventory management > Setup > Commodity pricing > Cost basis type.
Press CTRL+N to add a new line for the cost basis type.
In the Cost basis type field, enter a unique identifier for the cost basis type.
In the Description field, enter a description of the cost basis type.
